Poomsae & Sparring Team

Train with our competition athletes

Two Tracks, One Team

Students who are ready for the next challenge can train with our competition teams. We run two distinct tracks: Poomsae, the precision and presentation of forms, and Sparring, the timing and strategy of Olympic-style kyorugi.

Team members train on a dedicated schedule alongside their regular classes, with sessions focused on the details that decide matches and scores.

Placement is based on instructor evaluation. If you are interested, talk to us about what it takes and we will map out the path.

On the Competition Floor

Sparring competition is where everything comes together. In full protective gear, our athletes read distance, pick their moment, and commit to the technique, scoring against opponents from schools across the region.

The match is only part of it. Competing teaches what regular class cannot: performing under pressure, handling a loss, and walking back into the dojang the next week ready to work. Those lessons stay with our students long after the medals are put away.
