JK Taekwondo, also known as Team Pro JK Taekwondo Academy, is a Taekwondo school in Hicksville, New York, conveniently located inside Broadway Mall. Our philosophy is simple and it guides everything we do: Building Strong People Through Taekwondo.

Our classes are organized by belt level rather than by age. A student learning their first form trains alongside classmates at the same stage, no matter how old they are, which means every technique can be taught properly and at the right pace. It also means each belt carries a real standard, and students earn their next rank by meeting it.

We believe a strong school serves every kind of student. Our general classes build the discipline, focus, and confidence that carry over into school, work, and family life. For students who want to push further, our Poomsae and Sparring teams train on a dedicated schedule and compete at local, regional, and national tournaments. Both paths matter here, and both receive our full attention.

Beyond regular training, our Leadership Class gives committed students a chance to teach and mentor, while Summer Camp and Birthday Party programs keep our students connected to the school and to each other throughout the year.
